Origin of Material
The Material was provided by Intertek South Africa on behalf of Zimplats and are from PGM deposits on the Great Dyke of Zimbabwe.
Approximate Mineral and Chemical Composition
The material is containing 2 to 8% of iron – nickel – copper sulphides disseminated in bronzitite (pyroxene). The 5% sulphides have elevated precious metal values (Pt, Pd, Au, and Rh).
