Approximate Mineral and Chemical Composition
The Golden Triangle is host to a complex assemblage of volcanic accumulations with intervening sedimentary sequences which are host to significant precious and base metals. The mineralization is quite variable over short distances and is hosted in a variety of alteration regimes including quartz-sericite-pyrite-hematite-chlorite.
